As CEO and Solutions Architect, Vivien leads with a practical, problem-solving mindset. He has overseen the design and implementation of large-scale national and enterprise systems, including registries, financial platforms, identity solutions, and sector-wide information systems. His work reflects a strong understanding of operating environments in both developed and emerging markets, especially the realities of infrastructure constraints, regulatory requirements, and long-term sustainability.
